Shahar Kaminitz – Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Kaminitz is the Founder and CEO of Worklight, a leading mobile application platform for smartphones, tablets and other environments. He is a serial entrepreneur with over 18 years of experience in the software and Internet industries. Prior to founding Worklight, Mr. Kaminitz was a Venture Partner at Gemini Israel Funds. Previously, he was the CEO at Joya Technologies and an Entrepreneur in Residence at Carmel Ventures. Earlier, Mr. Kaminitz spent ten years at Amdocs (NYSE: DOX), where he founded the company’s E-business Applications Group. He holds a B.Sc in Computer Science and B.A. Economics, both Summa Cum Laude, from Tel Aviv University.
 
 
Ron Perry – Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Perry directs product strategy and technology evangelism at Worklight. A recognized leader with over 20 years experience, he has deep understanding in web, mobile and enterprise technologies. Previously, Mr. Perry led the solutions and innovations group at Mobixell Networks, a mobile Internet company. Earlier, he co-founded and served as CEO of IDcide, a Web privacy compliance company. Mr. Perry is a seasoned public speaker, having presented at numerous technical, business and government forums, from the World Wide Web Consortium to the United States Senate. He holds an M.Sc in Computer Science, Summa Cum Laude, from Tel Aviv University.
 
 
Nathan Golan - Vice President, Sales
Mr. Golan manages worldwide sales and business development for Worklight. A seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in enterprise software sales and sales management, Mr. Golan successfully introduced new mobile technologies at Fortune 50 companies. Previously, he led North American sales at an enterprise mobility software company, helping to significantly grow its business and penetrate new markets. Earlier, Mr. Golan managed sales teams at Everdream Corporation (acquired by Dell - NasdaqGS: DELL), Thomson NETg (acquired by SkillSoft), and NetIQ (acquired by Attachmate). He studied Mathematics at Johns Hopkins University.
 
 
Yaron Goldberg – Vice President, Research and Development
Mr. Goldberg leads research and development for Worklight. He is a seasoned executive with over 18 years experience in enterprise software, web and SaaS. Previously, as SVP Products and Solutions at mobile enterprise software company ClickSoftware (Nasdaq: CKSW), Mr. Goldberg managed the company's entire products lifecycle and technology roadmap. Most recently, he was VP Development at SAP (NYSE:SAP) and VP of Israel Operations at Oberon Media. He holds a B.Sc in Mathematics & Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University and an M.Sc in Computer Science from the Weizmann Institute of Science.
 
 
Ori Sternberg – Vice President, Services
Mr. Sternberg is responsible for Worklight's solution delivery for customers worldwide. He brings to Worklight more than 20 years of experience in planning, developing and implementing project-based initiatives across Web technologies, e-Commerce, network and host security, off-shore outsourcing, customer care and professional services operations. Earlier, he headed the North American Services organization for OpTier. Mr. Sternberg built the services organization for WebCollage, Pelican Security and Memco Software. He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Business Administration from Hebrew University.
 
 
Lizy Delaricha – Director of Finance
Ms. Delaricha currently heads Worklight's finance, accounting, legal and human resources. She brings over 10 years of experience in leading financial and legal affairs for several technology companies. Ms. Delaricha was previously Comptroller at Kidaro (acquired by Microsoft NASDAQ:MSFT) and Radlan Computer Communications (acquired by Marvell Technologies Group – NASDAQ:MRVL), where she successfully managed all financial, procurement and legal affairs. Ms. Delaricha holds a B.A. in Economics and Business Management from the College of Management.
 
 
Amit Ben-Sheffer – Director of Product Management
Mr. Ben-Sheffer currently leads Worklight's product management initiatives across the entire product portfolio. He brings to Worklight deep experience gained in various development and product management positions at SunGard Data Systems, a multi-billion dollar leader in business applications software. Prior to SunGard Data Systems, Mr. Ben-Sheffer spent six years in software development as an officer in the Israeli Defense Forces. He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Operations Research from Tel Aviv University.
